Frequently asked questions

Do I choose my guns when booking?

No — choose at the range with your instructor. Your group agrees on a shared selection of firearms on arrival, subject to age restrictions. You can buy more ammunition during the session.

What if I want to shoot more?

Buy more ammunition on the spot — each firearm lists its price per shot.

Is the deposit refundable?

Refundable when you cancel with 14 complete calendar days between your notice and the event date; after that it is non-refundable.

What if I cannot make it or need to change my time?

You can change your date and time without losing your deposit when you tell us at least 48 hours before the slot starts.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Yes. Every participant must bring a passport or ID card; the range cannot allow an unidentified guest to handle a firearm.

What about alcohol?

Strictly no drinking before or during the event. Guests under the influence cannot shoot and may be breathalyzed.

Do I need any experience?

No experience is needed — a professional instructor and safety briefing are included.
